Being Kozy is about you implementing one easy change to make your life more enjoyable and less stressful.
It is also about continuing that process.
The word, Kozy, was derived from my Japanese name Kozen. If separated into parts, Ko means abundance and Zen means tranquility no different than what is sought for in Zen Buddhism. In fact the Chinese Kanji character is the same as that of Zen Buddhism.
In early life, I went by my name Kozen. At age 17, people started calling me Kozy and I decided to shorten my name and today I am just called Koz.
Because I am continuously on the lookout for implementing improvements to better my life, I decided it was time to begin sharing what I can to help others. I hope to add to the abundance and peace many like are looking for.
Being Kozy is an attitude of identifying changes you can easily make that you know will give you time, money, and energy back. In childhood, we had all three. Then somewhere along the way, we seemed to have less of each as we aged and made more money.
